  1. RutherfordINTEL™ Assessment ($100.00) - Maps your personality type, strengths, blind spots, and preferred work environments. Identifies approximately ten aligned academic and career directions.
  1. Debrief & Targeting - Review your results with a Rutherford advisor. Select two or three role paths that fit both your profile and the market you are entering.
  1. Positioning Sprint - Student-level résumé, optimised LinkedIn profile, and three impact stories that make you employable before you have a long work history.
  1. 90-Day Traction Plan - Twenty target organisations, a weekly outreach cadence, and a goal of three interviews scheduled within the first 90 days.
  1. Interview Preparation - Add the Screening & Hiring Assessment™ ($499) when interviews begin — evaluate your fit and risk profile for specific roles before you walk in.
  1. Mastermind Circle - Curated circle of 5–7 students or recent graduates on similar paths — matched by Personality Analytics™ type. An early network of ambitious peers, sharing tactics and accountability.
